Original thinking first. Every project starts as a weird idea that survived contact with a prototype.
Agent systems, evaluation gates, local inference, applied ML. Reproducible or it didn't happen.
Jazz in the speakers, plants on the desk, a cat on the keyboard. Builder culture, not hustle culture.
Open source and brighter futures. Local-first tools that answer to their user, not to a platform.
EVERY FIGURE BELOW IS RE-DERIVABLE FROM THE REPO
This studio is the index. The code is in the repositories above, built and maintained by the same
one person — nothing here is a mirror or a fork.
One builder. No production deployments, no customers, no funding. Every project sits at
0 stars and 0 forks.
Checked 2026-10-07: four of the five public projects have a failing
check on main right now — harness, terminal221b,
mcp-regression-lab and repotruth. elohim is green on its latest
run. They are listed because hiding that would be the opposite of the point.
Applied-ML and local-inference work runs in private repositories and will not be published — so no client, dataset or repository name appears here, and no metrics are quoted, because none of them can be re-derived from a public repo. This is the only evidence behind two of the four pillars above.
A multi-task classifier that takes one photo and returns both a class and a storage-age estimate — served from ONNX behind FastAPI, with a browser demo in front of it.
Lot-level yield prediction that routes output to specification tiers, instead of reporting one averaged number nobody can act on.
A shelf-life-aware allocation advisor on FIFO/FEFO rules, paired with a local store assistant that answers without a round trip to a hosted model.
A Next.js chat copilot wired to internal systems over MCP — the same tool-contract discipline that mcp-regression-lab tests in CI.
